The recently launched Ricoh camera also known as RG digital III has received a firmware update, which is available for download since yesterday, the 1st of December.

This latest release includes the following improved functions:

- External flash GF-1 compatibility
- Addition of function for playback by date
- Addition of paging function for multi-frame views
- Menu paging function
- Addition of new focus distance when snap is selected
- Addition of “ADJ. ISO direct change” function
