Samsung 20nm NAND Flash Memory

Samsung is updating the 30nm (that’s nanometers) NAND chips with smaller 20nm chips. The smaller chips will have a greater write-speed, of up to 30 percent faster.
The company is testing it out on 64GB SD cards. If this process works, this could mean some cheaper SD cards.
