The ES17 is an extremely stylish 12 mega pixel camera that supports optical 3x zoom and all the technologies that you may expect at a highly affordable price. One impressive feature of this camera is the innovative Face Detection technology that detects the subject’s face and adjusts auto focus and auto exposure automatically, ensuring better composition and image quality for portraits.

In addition, the ES17 supports in-built Beauty Shot mode that enables retouching facial skin for a brighter and smoother skin tone and Digital Image Stabilization system for crisp and sharp focus.

Available in pink, silver, white and black, the Samsung ES17 is priced at £89 and will be obtainable from August 2009.
