Looks like Digital Cameras are not content just taking pictures mmm cos that means boring? Samsung Korea unveiled its Miniket Photo, the SDC-K50/D512S which looks more like a Portable Player than a digicam! Personally I am not sold on the idea, but hey each to its own!

The Samsung SDC-K50/D512S will have the DMB or digital multimedia broadcasting technology under its hood. It will be equipped with a 2.5-inch liquid crystal display monitor and would be able to store around 120 MP3 Files on its internal memory. Samsung didn’t think it was important enough to talk about the camera aspects of the digicam!

`The versatile digital camera is expected to come to the market by next January. It will enable multimedia messaging, music services and social networking on Cyworld,” an SK Telecom spokesperson said.

“In the not-so-distant future, the regular Internet will be added to the possible service lineup of the camera,” the spokesperson said.
