Samsung TL105 Digital Camera Review–Another Good Samsung Value
I’ve often been pleasantly surprised by Samsung’s digital camera line, and today’s review target, the Samsung TL105, will be no exception. Although, the more Samsung cameras I review, the less surprised I am by their quality and ease of use.
The Samsung TL105 is a twelve megapixel digital camera that offers a 4x optical zoom with augmenting 5x digital zoom, a 2.7 inch LCD display, digital image stabilization, face detection technology, a variety of scene and white balance modes, built-in autofocus, built-in auto flash, an array of special effects, HD movie mode, thirty one megs of onboard memory, and a USB port.
There’s certainly plenty to like here. The camera has a decent zoom (of course, the fact that the compact digital camera market is largely populated by low-end zooms makes anything much over a two or three look pretty good by comparison), onboard memory, and plenty of options. And the camera’s also pretty easy to use, despite its smallish size.
And the best part is that the Samsung TL105 weighs in at a surprisingly frugal hundred and thirty five bucks at Best Buy. Thus, if you’re in the market for a new camera, you could certainly do much, MUCH worse than this fine Samsung.
