amsung Electronics unveiled the Samsung Ultra Edition II at the 3GSM and my fav is the Samsung U700 Ultra Edition 12.1.The slider phone is a winner with its sleek curves and cool design. Available in colors like sapphire blue, garnet red, platinum metal and copper gold, this one boasts of an impressive 3.2 Megapixel shooter with auto focus and even HSDPA 3.6 Mbps data transfer speed.

The Samsung U700 Ultra Edition 12.1 is a full fledge multimedia phone and has a music player which supports formats like MP3/ACC/eAAC+/WMA. One also comes across 2.2” wide display and video telephony functionality.

The handset measures 102.5 x 50 x 12.1 mm and is just 2.1 mm thick. It also supports EDGE and connectivity options include Bluetooth and USB 2.0. Other features include; 20MB internal memory, microSD card slot, HTML web browsing and in built picture editing tools. The Samsung Ultra Edition 12.1 (U700) will be released in the European Market in the first quarter of this year.
