Samsung’s new webcam CMOS sensors do 1080p at 30fps
Samsung is planning on using new CMOS sensors that will improve their webcams on their computers.
These sensors are the S5K6A1 and S5K5B3, and they have a 1.3 megapixel sensor and 2.1 megapixel sensor, respectively. They are capable of recording video at 1080p, 30 frames per second.
The new webcam sensors won’t be appearing on Samsung’s products until later this year. You can check on prices then.
