SanDisk’s new extreme III 30MB/s Edition SDHC Line

SanDisk unveiled SanDisk Extreme III 30MB/s Edition line of SDHC Cards in 4GB, 2GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. When used with the new digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera, Nikon D90, the combination delivers outstanding performance.

“Increasingly we’re seeing more second- or third-time digital camera buyers upgrading to more technologically-advanced prosumer DSLRs because they offer richer feature sets at more affordable prices than ever before,” said Chris Chute, research manager of IDC’s Worldwide Digital Imaging Solutions Group.

You can easily record 39 images at 4.5 fps with file size of 6.0 MB. Store video content and high-resolution images on the card to experience simplified media management. Transfer images and video with speed up to 30MB/s from the card to the computer when used with ImageMate Multi-Card USB 2.0 Reader/Writer.

The SanDisk Extreme III cards can work perfectly with temperature range from -13 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Available from September onwards, SanDisk is still tightlipped on the price front and comes with a lifetime limited warranty.
