Sanyo unveils a couple of HD cameras with the unveiling of the Sanyo VPC-HD2000A and the Sanyo VPC-FH1A. These new video cameras are high-end dual cameras boasting of the iFrame video format. With the iFrame format, importing, editing and sharing videos have been made compatible and easier with photo software editing applications on a MAC or a PC. They can record videos at 1080i and 1080p HD formats and 8MP still shots.

The Sanyo VPC-HD2000A features a 2.7” LCD screen while the FH1A has a 3” LCD screen. Both offer 10X optical zoom for still shots and 16X optical zoom for videos. The HD2000A retails for about $599.99 while the FH1A is priced at $499.99. Both are currently available for purchase in stores.
