The squashed Xacti has an upright gun hold formation allowing it to be managed single-handedly.

The DMX-CA8 is JIS IPX5 and IPX8 licensed meaning that it can endure being sunken into a 5 foot deep water for about one hour. With MPEG-4 AVCH/H.264 firmness the DMX-CA8 can capture video at 60fps.
