SANYO, a popular digital camera manufacturer has launched the new Xacti CG9, an easy to use MPEG-4 digital camcorder with advanced features. Sporting a large 2.5-inch display, this new digital camcorder from SANYO comes with silicon TFT Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).

Featuring the High Resolution CMOS Image Sensor and ‘Face Chaser’ Technology, SANYO Xacti CG9 lets you upload photos and videos easily to portable media players and some social networking websites. SANYO Xacti CG9 comes fitted with a 9.1 megapixel lens and a 5x optical zoom.

SANYO Xacti CG9 is expected to be available in the U.S.A from mid-April 2008 at a suggested price of $ 279.99. This new camera will be available only in silver and black color.
