Corporation PFU demonstrated its latest “ScanSnap S300” document scanner. It will be available for sale from 6Th October at an open price of 29,800 Yen. The one-touch scanner can be powered through USB cable. It is the smallest A4 ADF scanner world-over and easily reads both sides of the sheet simultaneously. At the normal mode using the AC adapter it reads at 8/min and has the manuscript capacity of 10 with the largest resolution of 600dpi. It measures size 264×95×77mm in dimensions and weighs 1.4kg.It suports OS Windows 2000/XP/Vista, additionally includes PDF management utility “easy2 library personal Lite V4.0″ and the “ScanSnapS300easy 2 library personal Lite V4.0 which can be purchased separately.
