The Schneider 6x Mulicoated Aspherical Magnifying Loupe uses exclusively precision-ground, multi-coated optical glass lenses. These lenses assure maximum edge-to-edge sharpness, high resolution and contrast, and an image free of distortion and color fringing. The neck strap fabrication has been redesigned in order to provide a tougher, more secure attachment and focusing is now free from cord twisting. The base is specially configured to prevent damage to negatives and slides.

Additionally, this 6X ASPHERIC loupe comes with interchangeable translucent and opaque bases which makes it ideal for viewing contact sheets as well as transparencies. Lack of flare and high contrast make Schneider loupes perfect for focusing on the ground glass of large-format cameras.
