Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM Now Supports Pentax and Sony
The new Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM is now available in Sony and Pentax mounts. This lens has been available for two months and has won two international awards by now. The lens comes equipped with a Hybrid Optical Stabilization system and anti-shake system. While using the lens’ OS function, users must make sure that the built in stabilizer of the camera is switched off.
For excellent image quality, the camera has been provided with three aspherical lens elements and four Special Low Dispersion glass elements throughout the entire zoom range. The lens has a maximum magnification ratio of 1:3.4 and a minimum focusing distance of 45cm (17.7in) at all focal lengths, which makes it ideal for close-up photography. To reduce ghosting during backlight photography, the lens comes incorporated with super multi-layer coating.
