Recently, Sigma launched its new 50-200mm F4-5.6 DC OS HSM Lens. This new lens is compatible with Pentax and Sony cameras that incorporate an in-body anti-shake system. It comes with a number of user-friendly features like a hypersonic motor for silent and fast autofocus.

Sporting an internal-focusing design, the new SIGMA 50-200mm F4-5.6 DC OS HSM Lens features a non-rotating front element. Incorporating Sigma’s proprietary Optical Stabilizer function, this lens removes all the shaking effects from the camera to make the object look clear in the viewfinder. This new compact lens also comes with a Special Low Dispersion glass in the front lens group.

Providing a minimum focusing distance of 110cm and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4.5, this new Sigma lens features a super multi-layer coating. At present, SIGMA 50-200mm F4-5.6 DC OS HSM Lens is available only in mounts for Sony, Sigma, Canon, Nikon and Pentax DSLRs.
