Sigma 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM Lens

An integral role a lens plays in photography is perhaps not a matter of debate. Cognizant of the very fact, professional photographs make genuine efforts to bring in a quality lens to realize their dreams. Catering to the same class, Sigma recently announced a new 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM Lens to be mounted on the Sigma, Canon, Nikon, Pentax* and Sony DSLR cameras. The standard lens touts large maximum aperture of F1.4, a usual focal length of 50mm and integrates molded glass aspherical lens, which meticulously corrects coma aberration and results in A-grade picture quality. Since it is coated with super multi-layers, the varnish helps in reducing flare and ghosting. The lens perfectly accentuates subjects with sharp and well-defined images against a blurred background. The EX DG HSM Lens supports a minimum focusing distance of 45cm and maximum magnification of 1:7.4, thus creating nice blur backgrounds at even a small aperture .It will be available for $730.00.
