SnapShot Postcard is a new iPhone application that transmits “real postcards to real mailboxes.” With SnapShot, you construct your own custom postcard on your iPhone. Take a picture, or select one from your photo library, for the front of the postcard. Then type in a message and choose an addressee for the back. Press the send button and then, thanks to technology, your tailor-made picture postcard is printed, complete with message, stamped, and delivered to the addressee’s mailbox.

Snapshot Postcards sell for $4.99 on the iPhone App Store, which includes three postcard credits (three free postcards). Postcards sent to domestic addresses cost one credit while postcards mailed to international addresses cost two credits. Extra credits can be purchased for as low as $1 each at the SnapShot Postcard website www.snapshotpostcard.com
