Dymo, recently launched a file software scanning technology to scan multiple documents in a cost effective way. Best suited for firms where managing documents takes a lot of time, the software has come as a boon to streamline the digital filing process and most benefited are small and medium sized enterprises. Supporting all-in-one printers, copiers and scanners, the software is compatible with WinXP and Vista with a 512MB RAM and hard disk space with 215MB. The scanners should have the Automatic Document Feeder and Scan to File option.

After specifying the type, name and location of scanned file, brocade is created automatically which is printed on self-adhesive label using DYMO Label Writer Printer. The brocade can be applied on the document. All the brocaded documents are placed on automatic document feeder and scanned at once. The DYMO File software then reads the brocade and place the file on the specified location. Equipped with a DYMO find file tool, the software reduces time and saves files in pdf, Excel or Word Format.
