Sony Alpha A230 Camera Review–More Rational Than The A330
Okay, this is a bit more like it. Oh, sure, the Sony Alpha A230 is still likely to have more gadgets than you’ll ever comfortably need or use, but in all honesty, it’s a lot closer to what you WILL use than the A330.
The Sony Alpha 230 is a ten megapixel camer with SteadyShot INSIDE in-camera image stabilization; Eye-Start autofocus, 2.7-inch LCD display, compatibility with high-capacity Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo and SD and SDHC media, along with Dynamic Range Optimizer, built-in pop-up flash, integrated accessory shoe and Advanced Anti-Dust Technology to help keep the imager clean.
It’s a much more reasonable camera than most of the other larger cameras I see. This one’s fairly simple to use, comes with a whole host of gadgets, and even has a price that makes sense, four hundred and fifty dollars. Yes, there are cheaper cameras out there, but they won’t do half of what this will, and for about double the price. So if you’re looking to only buy one camera for some time to come, the Sony Alpha A230 should definitely be on your list of candidates.
