Sony has come up with its most updated and well-equipped Cyber-shot DSC-T500 digital camera. The camera supports 10 mega-pixels and allows customers to record the video clips with fast speed about 30 frames per second that too with excellent and VGA recording styles.
The DSC-T500 digital camera comes with plenty of sophisticated features and functions; movie function is also one of them, which is derived from the MPEG4 AVC/H.264 codec for effective video firmness and audio system. Moreover, users can use its Memory stick(R) media card to save their videos. Its memory stick comes with higher capacity up to 16GB.
The Cyber-shot DSC-T500 camera has a dual picture and video capture mode and users can easily operate them by pressing the photo button. Its Optical SteadyShotâ„¢ image stabilization and higher sensitivity adjustment features can be used to get flash-free shooting for natural images.
“Our research revealed that people like to shoot video with their point-and-shoot cameras, but were very dissatisfied with the video quality and the resulting large files,” said Phil Lubell, director of digital camera marketing at Sony Electronics. “Our new T500 fulfills this customer need for a digital camera that delivers high-quality movies in a small form factor.”
The camera supports a Carl Zeiss 5 x optical zoom lens with a huge field of watch (33 – 165 mm, 35 mm equivalency). It is also bundled with the Picture Browser Software. Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T500 digital camera will reach at stores in late September at a suggested price of $400.
