Sony DSC-W220 Camera Review–Plenty To Like Here

Sony is widely regarded for its electronic hardware, and with good reason.  They generally bring a good quality piece to the table with most every release.  The Sony DSC-W220 is no exception.

The Sony DSC-W220 is a 12.1 megapixel camera with fifteen megs of onboard memory, Memory Stick Duo and PRO Duo Media compatibility, face detection, image stabilization and smile shutter technology, and a 4X optical zoom.

Now, the camera itself handles pretty well, with an interesting extra feature located on its back–the menu options are selected via a wheel mounted on the back of the camera.  It’s pretty simple to get around the various menus and you shouldn’t have much trouble being able to use this camera straight out of the box with little more than a cursory glance at the instruction manual.

The Sony DSC-W220 is a high quality camera that’ll deliver plenty of value at the relatively low price of a hundred and sixty bucks, depending as always on where you shop.
