The Sony Mavica MVC-FD75 is an easy-to-use digital camera that offers a big 10x optical zoom lens that is not normally found on a $40 entry-level point and shoot camera. The 640 x 480 resolution is perfect for e-mailing, posting on the Web, or making small prints, but anything larger than 3” x 4” will begin to show the camera’s limitations. A number of programmed exposure modes help you take pictures in just about any lighting conditions, and an auto white balance makes sure the colors remain clear and true.
