Sony Unveils 3 New Cybershot Cameras



For all Sony die-hard camera fanatics, three new cameras are waiting for your consideration. Sony has introduced two new Cybershot cameras under its W-Series line, the W220 and W210. Sony also announced the unveiling of the new Cybershot S-950, a 10.1 effective megapixel resolution with six easy to use Scene Selection modes.

The W220 and W210 models boast of new features:

• 12.1 megapixels resolution
• Carl Zeiss lens with 4x optical zoom
• 30mm wide angel lens
• ISO 3200 high sensitivity mode
• Smile Shutter with Face Detection and Intelligent Scene Recognition

They also come with a 2.7-inch LCD screen which supports high-definition slideshows which you can even be connected to Sony BRAVIA TV sets.

The S950 on the other hand has the following specs:

• 10.1 effective megapixel resolution
• 4x zoom
• 2.7-inch screen
• Six easy-to-use Scene Selection modes
• Easy Shooting mode
• Face Detection with support for up to eight faces
• SteadyShot image stabilisation
• High Sensitivity mode (max. ISO 3200).

In addition to leather case, all three Cyber-shot cameras come bundled with a newly developed GPS unit kit GPS-CS3KA that has the ability to geotag data on pictures, maps with Google Earth software and uploaded on major web sharing services.
