Along with the DSC-W300, Sony has also unveiled the new Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H50 digital camera; an addition to Cyber-shot's high-zoom camera line. The 9.1 megapixel camera uses Carl Zeiss 15x optical zoom lens and features Super SteadyShot optical image stabilization technology. It also sports a 3-inch tilting LCD screen and a UV hard-coat finish which makes the model scratch-resistant and ideal for most types of environments. Other features include an improved “advanced sports” shooting mode, D-Range Optimizer plus mode, NightShot technology, in-camera editing features, advanced in-camera image management functions, and HD component output. The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H50 digital camera will be available on May for US$400 in Sony Style retail stores.
