Sony presented the celebrated Cyber-shot® DSC-S750 model with new exciting features for its photographic enthusiasts. The powerful camera now furnishes face-detection capability and identifies up to three faces in a frame and accordingly adjusts exposure for brilliant photographs. As an enhancement, Lithium Ion batteries power the camera for extended battery life replacing the traditional AA batteries.

The DSC-S750 features 7.2 effective Mega-pixels with powerful CCD imager and a 3x optical zoom lens. It renders beautiful images on the 2.5-inch LCD screen and offers High ISO sensitivity up to ISO1250 to shoot clear, blur-free images even in extreme lighting conditions. Other features include seven preset shooting modes, five-point autofocus system, 22MB of internal memory and Memory Stick Duo™ or Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media card support.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S750 classic silver edition will be available in March for the suggested MSRP of $150.
