Sony showcased its new pocket-sized Handycam camcorder, the high definition HDR-TG1.The light weight model is not only stylish but integrates supreme technology for utmost photographic experience. Being World’s smallest HD camcorder it features an ultra-compact body with 1.3-inches of thickness, 4.7 –inches of height and 2.5-inches of depth.
"Sony was the first to introduce a travel-sized camcorder with 8 mm technology in the 1980's, and it revolutionized the travel and electronics industries," said Kelly Davis, director of camcorder marketing at Sony Electronics. "This new model is a great example of our expertise in miniaturization, as well as advanced imaging technologies with features like face detection."
Sony HDR-TG1 captures high quality motion clips at 1920 x 1080 dpi and transfers 4-MP digital photos directly to Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo(TM) or PRO Duo Mark2 media cards. Its durable Titanium body with premium hard coating makes perfect for travelers.
