Sony has unveiled the new 10.1 megapixel digital camera; the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T300. The ultra-compact new addition to the Cyber-Shot family features the new intelligent scene recognition (iSCN) technology by Sony. The technology enables the camera to scan the environmental condition and determine the best setting. That means the camera will shoot with the user-appointed setting first and will take a second shot with the determined optimal setting. The camera features a 3.5-inch touch screen Clear Photo LCD Plus screen, SteadyShot image stabilization and a Carl Zeiss 5x optical zoom lens. The DSC-T300 will retail for US$400 on March and will be available in silver, red and black. Pre-order begins by January 31, 2008 in the Sony Style web site.
