The rumors were true, Sony’s DSC-HX1 digital camera has official shown it’s face at PMA, and it’s face is none too ugly.

The DSC-HX1 will feature the capability to take 224-degree horizontal and 154-degree vertical panorama with ease. That’s not all though, it also features 20x optical zoom, a Sony G lens and the capability to capture 1080p HD movies. All of this seen through a beautiful 3 inch LCD screen.

The DSC-HX1 will be available this month for around $500.
