Sony has a new impressive software solution which will bring life to all your pictures. Well maybe not exactly life but it will turn give them that 3D effect your were looking for. Sony’s MotionPortrait will get you 3D graphics out of 2D pictures. The software will not stop there. After the whole 3D effect is applied, the software will add animation to those new 3D portraits so you will be able to enjoy some virtual smileys from your family and friends. We have no idea when this technology will be available to every day cameras but it’s good to know people are working on stuff like that.
