LiveView AF will be improved majorly, and I bet that the video AF is slightly better than 5D Mk II. The grips will be modified (as said above) and with this new body, Canon should be releasing Speedlite 590EX, with better guidenumber and 17-200mm internal zoom. Maybe even a birdwatchers wet dream; 500mm f/2.8DO IS UMS will be released. Due to the DO-lenses smaller size, Canon can increase the maximun aperture up to 2.8 in 500mm DO-lens.
