I've always had a problem with the whole "outside information" concept of juries--why exactly do we WANT juries to go in poorly informed again?  That just plain doesn't make sense. But apparently New Orleans likes its juries dumber than rocks, because the judge in the case is poised to have a little "talk" with the jury, ...
