No criminal charges were filed against the school system that was alleged to be using the webcams on school-issued computers to spy on students, but that doesn't preclude a civil trial from going forth.

And the winner? Kodak.
Seems that not too long ago, Kodak filed suits against both Samsung and LG alleging patent violations, specifically relating to the cameras found in both companies' line of mobile phones. LG decided to settle fairly quickly. Samsung, on the other hand, fought back...at least for a while.
