Kodak has completed the reported sale of its OLED business to LG Electronics. LG will be putting up a new division focused on the OLED line. On the other hand, Kodak will be tightening its investment focus and will try to strengthen its financial position. There was no mention of how much money was involved in the sales transaction by Kodak with LG Electronics.
