Sanyo Unveils Nine New HD Surveillance Cameras
Sanyo has announced nine new surveillance cameras that are capable of recording HD which should bring up a notch the security and surveillance systems installed in the commercial and private areas today. The new cameras are able to record 4M MPJPEG and full HD videos in a variety of form factors like boxes, domes zoom and PTZ.
The cameras will be using H.264/MJPEG dual codecs which can output 30fps. The will also have support for SD card slots and USBs and the usual Intelligent motion and face detection to fine tune images when in use. The new Sanyo models will be first shown at the ASIS 2009 from September 21 to 24 in Anaheim.
