Movie making just got better as muvee has announced an arrangement with DivX Inc., to add an exclusive DivX Edition of muvee Reveal software to the suite of consumer products affiliated with DivX.

Now, the new muvee Reveal DivX edition uses muvee’s patented technology to automatically edit photos and video, choose different music and style options, and create a professional quality home movie. Additional features include the option to save movies in the high-quality DivX video format and playback the content on the more than one million DivX Certified consumer electronics devices.

“This agreement with DivX enables their fans to easily create great looking muvees that will play on any DivX Certified device, feeding more home movies and other personal content into the DivX ecosystem. This also furthers muvee’s long term business strategy to continue to engage with leading consumer brands which already include HP, Nikon, LG, Nokia and Dell.
