Quanp is a new web service from Ricoh Visual Online that is short for Quantum Paper. Perhaps similar to modern day web storage solutions to host various image and video files, it is touted as the next best thing in online storage needs. Quanp is simply a must for webmasters and photography addicts who are looking to upload and share their images and videos online.

“Geeks and heavy web users” are encouraged to try out quanp’s innovative 3D view Windows client that emphasizes visual search as the most familiar and conducive way to collecting, storing and sharing personal data.

A browser version of quanp is also available for Mac users. At the same time, quanp is also introducing a new beta feature already in use in Japan called “quanp drop,” an animated widget that sits on the desktop with easy automatic drag-and-drop uploading.
