Ricoh announces the release of its latest multi-functional products with the Ricoh Aficio MP 4001 and MP5001 Series. These latest full color and monochrome scanning additions can produce documents at 40ppm and 50ppm respectively and allows users to customize documents and assist in enhancing personal productivity.

Among the highlights of the new Ricoh Aficio series include the ability to scan full-color or black and white originals and share them instantly with Scan-to-Email/Folder/HDD. The Scan-to-URL feature reduces the burden on the network by providing recipients with a link to enable viewing or downloading by a Web browser.
