Euri Inc. makes LCD Greeting Card
I realize that it is probably too late to report on Christmas Cards, but Euri, Inc. has just announced that they have created the world’s first greeting card with an integrated LCD screen.
I’m sure you can see the possibilities. The receiver opens up the card, and within is a YouTube-like video of their grandchild doing some cute yet mundane thing on a 2.4 inch screen. The cards can play for about three hours without needing a recharge and can hold fifty images, as well as five minutes of audio. Charging and downloading is all done via USB.
These cards are developed in partnership with American Greetings and are available now at Target for $19.99.
