Texas Instruments debuts new Pico DLP chip
I believe that we have spotlighted a lot IFA advancements, like those Sony Handycams and Sharp’s 3D camera.
One of them is something that Texas Instruments is putting out. This model is a new DLP Pico chip called the nHD. It is about the size of a raisin, with a resolution of 640 x 360. It also has a very good contrast ratio of about 1,000:1 for “darker blacks, richer color gamut, and lower power consumption”.
Look for it in a pico-projector soon.
