Pentax uk recently introduced the smc PENTAX-DA15mm F4 ED AL Limited Lens. Especially crafted for use with Pentax Digital SLR Cameras, the lens offers a 23mm angle of view. The Lens integrates superior features optimized for Digital Photography in a small and lightweight framework.

The smc PENTAX-DA15MM F4 ED AL Limited boasts a Flower-shaped hood and incorporates PENTAX-developed Quick-Shift Focus System for switching between Manual and Auto Focus modes. The minimum focusing distance of 18cm (0.59 feet) is perfect for close up photography. The Limited lens is expected to ship in April 2009 with a price tag of £569.99 ($649.95 USD).
