Top Five Digital Cameras
C-Net recently released its annual list of the top five digital cameras, according to its staff of reviewers and techno-geeks. There are a ton of digital cameras available, so to make the list, these five have to really knock some very jaded electronics addicts back on their heels.
For 2008, the top five chosen were:
1) the Nikon D3 for its high photo quality and high ISO sensitivity (retails for $4,150 to $4,999),
2) the Nikon D-90 for best all around performance and best value for the money (retails for $1,169 to $1,668),
3) The Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H50 for its broad set of features and overall high performance in its price point (retails for $289 to $379),
4) The Canon Power Shot SD880 ISĀ (gold) for its wide angle lends and compact size (retails for $245 to $299), and last but not least,
5) The Canon Power Shot A590 IS for being the best all around camera for under $200 (retails for $105 to $220).
