As technology evolves, so does the continued development of touch technology. And if this video is any indication, the Wiimotes may yet come out with a new form of interface that we may soon see in business and the gaming sector.

The Wiimote senses the position of an object (a hand in this case), where the holographic image will adjust accordingly based on location. An airborne ultrasound would then go off which should more or less be tied up with the confirmation of location once it does get into contact with human touch.

The technology is not far-fetched. With touchscreen technology present today, going up a notch via the use of holographic displays should not really be surprising if it does become official.
