Recently, Vivotek announced the launch of the new of its new IP8161 Network Camera. Featuring DaVinci technology, this new camera comes packed with all the unique and innovative functionalities. This 2 mega pixel camera comes with a dual mode for supporting H.264 compression.

The new Vivotek IP8161 Network Camera also incorporates an in-built removable IR cut-filter. It provides day and night functionality for a round the clock surveillance. Users get to enjoy advanced analytical functions like tamper detection and built-in SD/SDHC card slot in this new camera.

Vivotek’s IP8161 Network Camera is capable of delivering 720p HD resolution at 30 frames per second. It has been especially designed for security sensitive spaces in areas like airports, parking areas and banks. Its ePTZ function lets the users focus on close-up shots of different areas.
