Digital Cowboy has recently introduced a smart webcam NV-202. This webcam features a 1.3 Mega Pixel for the best image quality. It also supports an optical zoom and a wide angle mode. The users of this webcam can also record 1280x1024 videos in 15 or 30FPS (VGA). There is no word from Digital Cowboy about the pricing and availability of the product.
