WirelessIris and fStop Wireless Receiver puts DSLR focusing on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad

What you are seeing on this video is the fStop Wireless Receiver with the WirelessIris iPhone app.

They work together in order to shoot movie camera footage on HD-enabled DSLRs. I would imagine that adjusting focus with an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad might help out a lot in shooting.

You should be able to get this for about $1,389. Yes, that is pretty expensive, but hey, if you are a director of photography for a major film, then it is probably a good investment.
