Xerox Corporation is on the verge of adding world’s most productive cut-sheet digital color press, the iGen4™ 220, to its industry-leading portfolio. The iGen4™ 220 Perfecting Press features two Xerox iGen4 110 Presses running in tandem that enables the system to print 220 impressions per minute.

Eric Armour, president, Global Business Group, Xerox Corporation said, "Our customers told us turnaround time, productivity and labor costs are their major challenges. We listened and built this press to convert those challenges into opportunities."

The high speed iGen4™ 220 deliver double speed and productivity with a single operator. This compact system comes standard with in-line spectrophotometers, FreeFlow Print Server technology, FreeFlow Output Manager and additional FreeFlow software to increase efficiency and streamline production.

The versatile Xerox iGen4 220 will be on display at Print 09, to be held from September 11-16 at Chicago’s McCormick Place and will be available for purchase worldwide in the second quarter of 2010.
