Xerox launches Mobile Express Driver and Global Print Driver
For all those who go out for meetings, on-the-spot printing has been made easy by Xerox by launching Mobile Express Driver and Global Print Driver. Mobile Express Driver is a downloadable and free print driver which enables you to print from any available printer. Plug your laptop into the network and it will automatically detect all available printers. Select your printer and start printing. Global Print Driver enables IT administrators to add MFP or printer to a network in 5 steps.
“The Mobile Express Driver removes a real road block for the office nomad who travels across the hall, down the road, or throughout the country for meetings,” said Russell Peacock, president, Xerox Office Group. “No matter where they are, workers can now print their documents in just a few clicks.”
Windows and Vista compatible Mobile Express Driver saves the used printer in My Printers list for future use also. IT administrators can pre-configure the default settings using Global Print Driver and distribute them to network users.
