Zeiss announces lenses for Canon’s EF mount
Zeiss has proudly announced its latest lenses for Canon’s EF Mount. These new-fangled lenses are capable of transferring entire information entirely through electronic contacts. It means that all exposure style including programmed auto exposure, shutter precedence and manual setting are well supported.
The new Zeiss lenses will bring the ZE description. The latest lenses are compatible with all Canon EOS Auto-Focus SLRs and EOS digital cameras. These manual focus Zeiss lenses support the camera’s automatic focus verification feature.
Planar T* 50m f1.4 are the first lenses announced by Zeiss and will be available at just $1,000, while the Planar T* 85mm f1.4 is expected to reach stores by the end of the year at a suggested price of $1,500. Zeiss will announce the availability of more lenses in the coming months.
